The role

Tasks

And these are your core tasks:

• They accurately identify the diverse needs of our customers and provide them with expert advice.
• You have a keen sense for finding optimal solutions. This allows you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• During your consultations, you also rely on innovative tools and apps. This allows you to take customers with you on our journey into the future. You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

That's what we want:

• Business training, ideally knowledge of the local market and finance
• In-depth understanding of work, safety, and prosperity in dealing with people, sophisticated and winning demeanor
• Passion for sales and high level of service Dedicated commitment to customer success
• Fluent German and English
