The role

Are you a proactive, outgoing personality? And do you thrive on advising customers using the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer concerns and feels at home in the digital world.

Tasks

And these are your core tasks:

• They accurately identify the diverse needs of our customers and, with the support of experienced customer service representatives, provide them with expert advice from the very beginning.
• After a comprehensive training period, you will manage and serve your own clients and build a client portfolio consisting of investment and mortgage clients.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• They encourage customers to use our digital products and provide support to help them do so.

Requirements

• Business training, ideally with an understanding of plant operations,
• Enjoy working with people,
• A passion for sales and a strong commitment to customer service
• Committed to the success of the company
• Very good knowledge of German and English
