The role

Are you a proactive, outgoing person? And do you thrive on advising customers with the help of the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague who has a soft spot for customer concerns and feels at home in the digital world.

Core tasks

• After a comprehensive induction period, you will provide support and advice for your own client portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also use innovative tools and apps in your consulting. In this way, you take customers with you on our journey into the future. You encourage them to use our digital services and apply them to their needs.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally all with a sound understanding of IT
• Knowledge of the local market and the financial environment
• Enjoy dealing with people, sales experience and high service orientation
• Committed to the success of UBS
• Fluent German, good knowledge of English
