The role

Do you value personal customer contact? Are you flexible and see the added value of gaining insight into various branches on the Gold Coast? Do you feel at home in the digital world? Do you know the basics of banking and enjoy sharing your experience with the team?

Tasks

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• At the branches on the right bank of Lake Zurich, you will represent UBS, warmly welcome clients, and take on the role of host.
• You advise customers on the topics of payments and savings, pensions and investments and develop your specialist knowledge in these areas.
• You inspire customers to embrace the digital world and help them navigate digital banking, mobile banking, and TWINT.
• And finally, you help to transfer your expertise and experience within the branch offices.

Requirements

We would like to see:

• You are interested in banking and enjoy meeting new people every day.
• You know the customers and feel comfortable working in a team, and you work alone or in a team.
• You are a flexible and efficient bank employee.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English; if you have additional language skills, all the better!
