The role

These are your core tasks

• In the branch office, you represent UBS, greet clients warmly at our reception desk and take on the role of host.
• You always take care of visitor management, deal with customer concerns and help to resolve them.
• And finally, you will get customers excited about the digital world and help them to use e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT.

Requirements

• You can address customers' concerns.
• You are comfortable in a team and enjoy working together to achieve goals.
• You are fluent in German and English.
