Tasks
- Competent and comprehensive support for clients in all financial areas, particularly in the areas of payment transactions, investments, savings, investments, financing and pensions
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers and further development of existing customers
- Collaboration in target group-specific marketing activities, in particular contact campaigns and advertising campaigns
- Close cooperation with our specialists in the various specialist areas
Requirements
- Completed banking training
- Further training in business administration or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in the financial services sector
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of financing, investing and pensions
- Customer and sales-oriented personality with strong service skills
- Strong communicator, flexible and able to work under pressure
