Tasks

• Competent and comprehensive support for customers, particularly in the areas of payment transactions/savings, investments, financing and pensions
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers and further development of existing customers
• Collaboration in cross-bank, market-related and internal bank projects, in particular marketing and communication measures, especially conception, campaigns and representative tasks
• Close cooperation with our specialists in the various specialist areas

Requirements

• Completed banking training
• Further training in business administration and/or banking is an advantage
• Several years of experience in the financial services sector
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of financing, investments and pensions
• Customer and sales-oriented personality with acquisition skills
• Strong communicator, flexible and able to work under pressure
