Tasks

• At the office, you'll assist customers and support your colleagues in the department.
• You encourage customers to be open to new opportunities and accept new requests.
• You will help clients build their financial security and investment portfolios, and continue to help them save in these areas.
• You'll contribute your digital skills and introduce clients to them.
• You always stay up to date so you can provide the most accurate advice possible.
• You actively engage customers through email and social media.
• To help you handle this multifaceted task, your team will support you with a digital consulting platform.
• You'll support your supervisor with analyses and reports.

Skills and Experience

• You have a secondary school diploma, a high school diploma qualifying you for university admission, and, preferably, completed training in finance or a comparable field in banking or the financial sector. You are pursuing further education or a degree in this field.
• You're a good communicator and actively manage your customer relationships; you bring in new customers for us.
• You are highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to handle pressure.
• You can bring a smile to people's faces. You don't have to understand financial and economic topics 100% right away—we'll train you.
• You are willing to familiarize yourself with our bank’s areas of focus and priorities and to develop a tailored set of tasks for our clients.
• You have a strong command of German and English.
