Your tasks

• Guiding and assisting clients in the areas of mortgage financing, investing, and wealth management
• Leveraging the potential of the existing customer base, acquisition
• Redesign the promotion of the bank's entire range of services as part of a holistic approach, in collaboration with the other segments and segment units
• Ensuring responsible risk management, particularly in accordance with and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participation in the training, mentoring, and professional development of junior employees

Your profile

• Higher education in banking or equivalent training (BA, diploma, etc.)
• SAQ IK certification or a willingness to obtain it
• Extensive banking experience in retail banking, particularly in the area of private banking
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for teamwork
• Initiative, independence, and a sense of responsibility
• French as a native language; knowledge of German is a plus
