Personal Financial Advisor

Job description

As a personal banking advisor, you are the first point of contact at the bank. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting consultations and assessments, and assisting customers in the customer service area.
• Overall responsibility for cash management, as well as maintaining the ATMs and the coin counter.
• Identifying customer needs, actively advising customers, and tailoring the sale of products and services in the areas of banking, savings, and retirement planning to their specific needs.
• Identifying additional customer needs in the areas of investing, financing, and/or retirement planning, followed by referral to the appropriate internal sales teams.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• basic business training (preferably in the banking sector)
• Basic knowledge of numbers, saving, and planning for the future
• several years of experience advising clients
• Strong customer and service orientation and a passion for proactive customer interaction
• a communicative, engaging, and proactive personality
• pleasant manners and a well-groomed appearance
• an independent, responsible, reliable, and meticulous work style
