Magna Bank is seeking an experienced retail banking advisor for its branch in Neu-Ulm who specializes in maintaining customer relationships and providing support to bank customers. The candidate should have relevant professional experience in banking—ideally in sales or as a bank clerk—as well as proficiency in German.
Tasks
- Working with the team to nurture customer relationships
- Working in customer service for bank customers at a branch
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and within a bank
- A good understanding of banking processes
- Experience in human resources management, as well as in personnel leadership or as a team leader
- Excellent knowledge of banking operations
- Apprenticeship as a Bank Clerk
- Experience at KfE Bank
- German as a native language
- Previous position as a business administrator specializing in small and medium-sized businesses
- Previous position as a sales representative
