Private Client Advisor
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a private client advisor (80–100%) for the Seerbezirk district, who will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and expanding the client portfolio. The position requires a higher education degree in banking, experience in private client advisory services, and German as a native language.
Your tasks
- Comprehensive advice and support for customers from a 360° perspective
- Maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, attracting new customers, and strengthening the FKB's regional presence
- Promoting the bank's entire range of services as part of an omnichannel strategy; close collaboration with other segments and business units
- Ensuring responsible risk management, particularly with respect to obligations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participation in the training, mentoring, and professional development of junior employees
Your profile
- Higher education in banking or equivalent training
- SAQ-IK certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Extensive banking experience in retail banking, particularly in retirement planning
- A strong ability to attract and retain new customers
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to adapt
- Initiative, independence, and a sense of responsibility
- German as a native language; knowledge of French is a plus
