Private Client Advisor
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a Private Client Advisor (80–100%) for its Düdingen office to provide comprehensive support for and expand the client portfolio. The position requires a higher education degree in banking, extensive experience in private client advisory services, and German as a native language.
Your tasks
- Comprehensive advice and support for customers from a 360° perspective
- Maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, attracting new customers, and strengthening FKB's regional presence
- Promoting the bank's entire range of services through an omnichannel approach, as well as working closely with other business units and support functions
- Ensuring responsible risk management, particularly in the lending business, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participation in the training, mentoring, and professional development of young professionals
Your profile
- Higher education in banking or equivalent training
- SAQ-K certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Extensive banking experience in retail banking, particularly in retirement planning
- A strong ability to attract and retain new customers
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for teamwork
- Initiative, independence, and a sense of responsibility
- Native German speaker; French is a plus
