Personal Banking Advisor for Cross-Location Assignments

The Tasks

• Welcoming and assisting customers at the Laufenburg market stall.
• Needs-based, personalized, holistic counseling for our clients, either in person or by phone.
• Customer advising on savings products and standardized investment and retirement planning solutions
• Assisting the team with digital support tools and phone calls

Our requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• An open, independent, flexible, and well-rounded personality
• Empathy and enthusiasm when interacting with different types of customers
• Strong customer service orientation and sales skills
• Independence of Opinion in Consulting
• Flexibility in the role: To support various branches of Zuger Kantonalbank and, consequently, become familiar with different teams, clients, and areas of responsibility. This varied role offers candidates the opportunity to advance within the bank.
