Individual Junior Personal Financial Advisor (m/f/d)
Raiffeisen Bank is seeking an Individual Junior Retail Client Advisor to provide customer-focused advice, optimize processes, and manage quality in the Controlling department. Ideally, you will have completed an apprenticeship in the banking or insurance industry and have professional experience in financial planning.
Tasks
- Responsibility for internal organization, project planning, and the development of standards
- Optimization of internal workflows, processes, and their quality management for the product portfolio
- Customer-focused advice and support as the ideal partner for our customers
- Jointly developing service offerings that take into account the specific requirements and individual needs of clients
- Delighting customers in the Controlling department through knowledge, passion, and initiative
Requirements
- Completed training in banking or insurance, or comparable professional experience
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in controlling and financial planning or in a related field
- Flexible work arrangements and the ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances
- A team-oriented approach and a passion for collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
