Migros Bank is seeking a Private Client Advisor (80–100%) for its branch in Aarau to help shape customer advisory services and the digital transformation of banking. This is a permanent position with an indefinite term and offers various benefits, such as coaching, childcare, and an attractive pension plan.
Tasks
- Managing an assigned client portfolio that includes key accounts, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships managed by the team
- Working with our financial planning experts to respond to customer needs
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in banking
- Technical college in banking
- German (business fluent)
- Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of investments, mortgages and pensions as well as several years of experience in advising private clients
- Keen interest in the financial market and its development, as well as related economic fields (housing, insurance, taxes, sustainability)
- Flexibility and a passion for identifying clients’ needs and providing them with comprehensive advice so they can make the right financial decisions for the long term
- Experience and a cheerful, communicative personality to successfully acquire new customers and inspire them with our financial services
