Tasks

- Protecting clients’ interests, achieving their goals, and ensuring their liquidity, while maintaining our reputation amid regulatory production pressures - Serving our clients by striking a strong balance between new client acquisition and existing client business - Contributing to cycle-based market and client engagement, particularly in campaign management

Requirements

• Completed banking training and experience in the financial services sector
• Several years of experience in the retail banking sector, with a strong client base
• Excellent analytical and consulting skills
• Flexibility in customer service
• Strong customer and service focus
• Thinking in terms of context and a focus on results
