Your tasks

• Needs-oriented, individual, holistic and solution-oriented advice for our customers
• Taking over an existing client portfolio with the responsibility of systematically developing and continuously optimizing it in line with market requirements
• Active advice and support for your client portfolio in the areas of investments and pensions (financing is handled by the central financing unit)
• Active participation in outbound and market development measures
• Deposit in the bank: maintenance and support of the CRM system as well as independent processing of business cases
• Active participation in bank and client events as well as representative appearances of the bank to our clients and business partners
• Active participation in internal training events, internal project and expert pools

Our requirements

• Higher banking education (HBBF, HWV, financial planner) or on the way there
• Many years of experience in advising and supporting private clients with portfolio management in the areas of investments and pensions (know-how in financial planning is an advantage)
• Open, winning and team-oriented personality with high social skills
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with a wide variety of people
• High sales ability as well as service orientation
• Very good IT user knowledge and digital affinity
