Senior Private Client Advisor

The position as Senior Private Customer Advisor offers you the opportunity to help shape the future, surpass your own expectations, and celebrate successes together.

Tasks

• Needs-oriented, individual, holistic and solution-oriented advice for our customers
• Takeover of an existing customer portfolio with responsibility for its systematic and needs-oriented further development
• Active advising and support for your client portfolio in the areas of investments and pensions (financing is provided by the central credit department)
• Active participation in outbound and marketing activities
• Internal services at the bank, maintenance and development of customer and market knowledge
• Active participation in bank and customer events, roadshows, events, and cocktail receptions
• Active support for specialist departments, project teams, and expert teams

Requirements

• Higher banking education (HFBF, HWV, financial planner) or currently studying for this qualification
• Extensive experience in advising private clients, ideally with portfolio management
• Strong service and consulting expertise
• Open, winning and team-oriented personality with high social skills
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with different people
• High sales talent and service orientation
• Very good IT user knowledge and digital affinity

• Performance-related remuneration: 12 monthly salaries and a performance-related contribution based on the achievement of bank targets
