Senior Private Client Advisor

Tasks

• Needs-oriented, individual, holistic and solution-oriented advice for our customers
• Taking over an existing client portfolio with the responsibility of developing it systematically and in line with requirements
• Active advice and support for your client portfolio in the areas of investment and retirement planning (financing is handled by the central specialist department)
• Active participation in outbound and market development measures
• Handling of bank and customer concerns and development of the product range
• Active participation in bank and customer matters, as well as preparation of reports and analyses
• Active participation in internal training opportunities, projects, and expert teams

Requirements

• Higher banking education (HF/BB, HWV, financial planner) or in the process of obtaining it
• Many years of experience in advising private clients with portfolio management in the areas of investment and retirement planning (expertise in financial planning and retirement planning)
• Open, winning and team-oriented personality with high social skills
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with different people
• High sales talent and service orientation
• Excellent IT application skills and digital affinity
