Job description: Private Client Advisor Senior

Your tasks

• Needs-oriented, individual, holistic and solution-oriented advice for our customers
• Taking over an existing client portfolio with the responsibility of developing it systematically and in line with requirements
• Active advising and support for your client portfolio in the areas of investments and pensions (financing is handled by the relevant specialist department)
• Active participation in outbound and market development measures
• Participation in the bank: Maintenance and development of the banking and consulting process
• Active participation in bank and customer events and representation of the bank vis-à-vis external partners
• Support with internal special tasks and projects

Our requirements

• Higher professional education (HFBF, HWV, financial planner) or in the process of obtaining this qualification
• Experience in consulting, particularly in advising private clients with portfolio management in the areas of investments and pensions (expertise in payment transactions is an advantage)
• Open, conscientious, and team-oriented personality with strong social skills
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with different people
• High level of trustworthiness and service and consulting expertise
• Strong communicator who focuses on the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders
• Very good IT user knowledge and digital affinity
