Your tasks

• Needs-oriented, individual, holistic and solution-oriented advice for our customers
• Taking over an existing client portfolio with the responsibility of developing it systematically and in line with requirements
• Active advice and support for this client portfolio in the areas of investments and pensions (financing is handled by the central credit department)
• Active cooperation in outbound and marketing processing measures
• Interested parties in the bank, maintenance and promotion of the existing and acquired customer base
• Active participation in bank and client events as well as representative tasks
• Permeant expansion of your expertise through internal and external training, participation in information events, working groups, projects and expert teams

Our requirements

• Higher banking education (HBF, HWV, financial trainer) or on the way to it
• Many years of experience in advising and supporting private clients with portfolio management in the areas of investments and pensions (know-how in private banking) desired
• Open, winning and team-oriented personality with high social skills
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with different people
• High sales ability as well as service orientation
• Very good IT user knowledge and digital affinity
