Job description: Private Client Advisor Senior

Your tasks

• Needs-oriented, individual, holistic and solution-oriented advice for our customers
• Taking over an existing client portfolio with the responsibility of developing it systematically and sustainably
• Active advice and support for your client portfolio in the areas of investments and pensions (financing is handled by the central financing department)
• Active assistance with outbound and marketing processing measures
• Representation of interests in the bank, maintenance and promotion of the relationship of trust with the bank and representation of the bank to customers and the public
• Active participation in bank and client events as well as internal information and training events
• Integration into the specialist teams of our departments, projects and expert groups

Our requirements

• Higher banking education (HBF, HWV, financial planner) or on the way to it
• Many years of experience in advising and supporting private clients with portfolio management (in the areas of investments and pensions (expertise in financial and pension law) as well as inheritance and estate planning)
• Open, winning and team-oriented personality with high social skills
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with different people
• High sales talent and service orientation
• Very good IT user knowledge and digital affinity
