Senior Private Client Advisor
Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Senior Private Client Advisor to take over and develop an existing client portfolio and provide active advice and support in the areas of investments and pensions. The position is available immediately on a full-time basis at Zug train station.
Your tasks
- Needs-oriented, individual, holistic and solution-oriented advice for our customers
- Takeover of an existing customer portfolio with responsibility for systematically developing and expanding it in line with requirements
- Active advising and management of your client portfolio in the areas of investments and pensions
- Active cooperation in outbound and marketing processing measures
- Gaining insights into the bank, maintaining and expanding the information and relationship network
- Active participation in bank and customer events as well as representative duties in public appearances
- Active support from specialists in specialist topics, projects, and expert teams
Our requirements
- Higher banking education (HBF, HWV, financial analyst) or currently studying for this qualification
- Several years of professional experience in advising and supporting private clients with portfolio management in the areas of investments and pensions
- Open, winning and team-oriented personality with high social skills
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with different people
- High sales talent and service orientation
- Very good IT user knowledge and digital affinity
