Private Client Advisor

The role

Are you a proactive, outgoing person who thrives on advising customers using the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague for our team in Gstaad who has a flair for the needs of international customers in our tourist resort and feels at home in the digital world.

Tasks

The core responsibilities include:

• After a comprehensive induction period, you will manage and process your own client portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for finding optimal solutions. This allows you to secure your customers in the long term and score points with new customers.
• You actively approach your customers and create customer proximity, which enables you to exploit further potential.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps in your consulting work. This way, you take clients along on our journey into the future. You encourage them to use our digital services so they can better prepare for their needs.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• Business training, ideally with additional training in banking
• In-depth understanding of investment and financial planning
• Knowledge of the local market and financial products
• Enjoyment in dealing with international customers
• A knack for dealing with cultural and linguistic diversity, as well as a curiosity about technological advancements and a strong openness to digitalization
• Sales performance and high service orientation
• A dedicated commitment to our clients' success
• Fluent German and good knowledge of French
