Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is looking for a private client advisor to support clients in customer service and take on administrative tasks. The new employee will be part of the customer service team and will start on August 1, 2025 or as agreed.

Job description

Private Client Advisor Customer Center 80%-100%

Tasks

  • Management of the client portfolio assigned to the team
  • Advising customers on the basic services
  • Carrying out the administrative tasks associated with the function
  • Receiving incoming calls and e-mails from the bank
  • Participation in the improvement of processes

Requirements

  • Banking training with experience in the private client sector (SAQ PK certification an advantage)
  • German or French native speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language
  • Excellent team spirit and ability to cooperate
  • Organizational talent
  • Willingness to contribute to the further development of the team and processes
