Job description

Tasks

• Working in a bank with modern structures and sales-oriented processes
• Intensive support for customers in the basic products of payment transactions - savings - pensions - investments - insurance
• Own responsibility for shaping customer potential through targeted support and sales approaches
• Interviewing customers and referring customers to suitable specialist departments
• Expansion of an existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Collaboration in the development of marketing campaigns as well as marketing activities, analyses and representative tasks
• Teamwork

Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship in the banking sector or
• Diploma as a financial advisor (federal plan issued by the UAF) and signed by a recognized association of the Board and the QF Commission or
• Financial planner or specialist certificate or
• SAV certified/ Private Client Advisor
