Your tasks

• Welcoming and assisting customers at the marketplace (Leuchthurm)
• Research, individual, comprehensive advice on site or by telephone
• Current account transactions in the areas of basic accounts and standardized investment and pension solutions
• Supporting the team by handling the digital support box and providing telephone support
• Possible assumption of responsibility and regulation of our learners

Our requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Open, confident, flexible, and team-oriented personality. Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with different people.
• High level of service orientation and sales skills. Organizational talent for designing our customer zone.
• You are highly reliable in your work, your organizational skills are top-notch, you are up to date with the latest developments, including digital possibilities in the broader sense, you get to know exciting people and teams, and you build up an extensive network within the bank.
