The role

Are you a proactive, outgoing person who thrives on advising customers using the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer service, feels at home in the digital world, and can take on the following tasks:

• You will manage and process your own client portfolio with investment, pension and/or mortgage clients.
• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You actively approach your customers and create a customer proximity that enables you to exploit further potential.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps in your consulting work. This is how you take your customers with you on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

What we wish for

• Commercial training, ideally in banking
• Knowledge of the local market and expertise in the field of payment transactions
• In-depth understanding of banking and financial institutions
• Enjoy working with people, high level of service and sales performance for the success of customers
• Committed to the success of our customers
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English
