The role

Core tasks

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive induction, you will manage and process your own client portfolio with a focus on mortgage clients.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Workplace

You work in the Aarau office. We have Swiss roots.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally as a business management assistant
• At least 3 years' experience as a customer and contact consultant
• Knowledge and experience in the area of investment and financing
• Sound understanding of investment and financing
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Passion for sales and high flexibility
• Committed to the success of UBS
• Very good knowledge of German and English
