Tasks

* You accurately identify the diverse needs of our clients and provide them with expert advice. * After a comprehensive training period, you will manage and serve your own portfolio of investment and mortgage clients. * You have a keen sense for finding optimal solutions. This helps you build long-term customer relationships and win over new clients. * In your advisory work, you also rely on innovative tools and apps. This way, you take clients along on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

* Business training, ideally in the banking sector * Knowledge and experience in customer service * Solid understanding of investments and financing * Enjoy working with people, openness, and a friendly demeanor * Passion for sales and a strong focus on customer service * Dedication and commitment * Excellent German and English language skills
