Tasks

The core responsibilities include:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive induction period, you will manage and process your own client portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• You have a keen sense for finding optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and precisely target new customers.
• They encourage customers to use our digital products and provide support to help them do so.

Requirements

We would like to see:

• Business training, ideally with knowledge and experience in the areas of investments and customer service.
• A solid understanding of investments and clients.
• Enjoy working with people, reliability, and flexibility.
• Passion for sales and strong service orientation.
• A dedicated commitment to our clients' success.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English.
