Private customer advice

The role

Do you have a proactive, outgoing personality and do you thrive on advising customers using the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer concerns, feels comfortable in the digital world and can take on the following tasks:

• You will manage and process your own client portfolio with investment and/or mortgage clients.
• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You actively approach customers and create customer proximity, which enables you to exploit further potential.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

What we wish for

• Commercial training, ideally with further training in banking or finance
• Knowledge of the local market and the Swiss financial center
• Sound understanding in the area of investment
• Enjoy dealing with people,
• Passion for sales and high service
• Committed to the success of the company
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English
