Core tasks

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive induction period, you will manage and process your own client portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships with new customers with pinpoint accuracy.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally
• Knowledge and experience in customer
• Sound understanding of HR
• Enjoy dealing with people,

• Very good knowledge of German and English
