The role

Core tasks

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally
• Knowledge of the local market and a sound understanding of IT
• Enjoy dealing with people, service-oriented and professional demeanor
• Passion for sales and high service quality
• Committed to the success of our customers
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
