These are your core tasks:
- You will represent UBS in the branch office, greet clients warmly at our reception desk and take on the role of host.
- You always take care of visitor management, deal with customer concerns and help to resolve them.
- And finally, you will get customers excited about the digital world and help them to use e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT.
Requirements:
- You can advise customers.
- You are comfortable in a team and enjoy working together to achieve goals.
- You are fluent in German and English.
