Tasks

• Developing customer relationships and establishing a sustainable and holistic strategy for customers
• Development, planning, and implementation of customer analyses
• Addressing specific incidents, concerns, and complaints from customers
• Monitoring of industries and competitors, as well as additional analytical reports such as competitive analysis or benchmarking in the area of acquisitions

Requirements

• Conceptual and Strategic Direction
• Work experience in retail banking
• Very good written and spoken German, excellent English, French preferred
• Outgoing and strong communication skills
• A friendly and customer-focused approach
