The role

Are you a proactive, outgoing personality? And do you thrive on advising customers using the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer concerns and feels at home in the digital world.

Core tasks

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive induction, you will manage and process your own client portfolio with a focus on mortgage clients.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

What we wish for

• Commercial training, ideally as a businesswoman
• At least 3 years of experience as a customer and financial advisor
• Knowledge and experience in customer service
• Sound understanding of investment and financial products
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Passion for sales and high service orientation
• Committed to the success of UBS
• Very good knowledge of German and English
