The role

Are you a proactive, outgoing personality? And do you thrive on advising customers using the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer concerns and feels at home in the digital world. Your core tasks:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

• Commercial training, ideally
• Knowledge of the local market and financial system
• Sound understanding of asset management

• Fluent written and spoken German and English
