Job description
The Process Excellence Specialist in APAC is a hands-on role responsible for implementing Target Operating Model (TOM) modifications and process excellence projects and initiatives at JB Singapore and Hong Kong to improve the client experience, operational efficiency, risk control, and scalability.Tasks
The main tasks include:- Maintain the APAC-TOM and Process Excellence Roadmap and assist in prioritizing initiatives that align with global standards and regional expectations.
- Conducting end-to-end diagnostics, value stream mapping, as-is assessments, and to-be operational model design.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, risk reduction, and client experience improvement using Lean Six Sigma and/or data-driven analysis.
- Defining baselines, KPIs, and other performance metrics that align with the expectations of management and stakeholders, and tracking and reporting on benefits.
- Development of implementation plans, updated controls, and sustainable, audit-ready process documentation.
- Timely delivery of project milestones.
Change Management & Adoption
The role also involves implementing structured change management (readiness, communication, training) for process redesign initiatives, facilitating the adoption of redesigned processes, and monitoring results after implementation.Requirements

Qualifications
