Tasks

The Process Excellence Specialist in APAC is a hands-on role that will implement Target Operating Model (TOM) modifications and process excellence projects and initiatives at J/B Singapore and Hong Kong to improve the customer experience, operational efficiency, risk control, and scalability. The candidate will collaborate with business partners and technology teams—both locally and globally—to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements.

• Ensuring that target processes comply with regulatory, legal, audit, risk, and conduct requirements

Requirements

The requirements include:

• Process Excellence and TOM Expertise
• Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt (or equivalent) preferred
• Digital Enablement: Familiarity with process mining, workflow automation (RPA/BPM), and analytics
• Data-driven problem-solving skills: the ability to analyze performance trends, quantify benefits, and make fact-based decisions

Qualifications and experience

Qualifications and experience include:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in multiple sectors
• Experience with IT tools (Tableau, OBI, Power BI) is preferred
• Black Belt, PRoSCI/ADKAR, or Agile certification is a plus
