Tasks

The Process Excellence Specialist in APAC is a hands-on role that implements Target Operating Model (TOM) modifications and process excellence projects and initiatives at JB Singapore and Hong Kong to improve the client experience, operational efficiency, risk control, and scalability. The candidate will collaborate with business partners and technology teams, both regionally and globally, to identify, prioritize, and execute a range of improvements.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:
  • Process excellence and TOM expertise: Experience in process reengineering, value stream mapping, business model definition, and control frameworks
  • Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt (preferred); ability to apply DMAIC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques
  • Digital Enablement: Familiarity with process mining, workflow automation (RPA/BPM), and analytics tools
  • Data-driven problem-solving: the ability to analyze performance trends, quantify benefits, and make fact-based decisions
  • Change Management: Experience with structured frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) to support adoption
  • Risk and Compliance Awareness: Understanding Regulatory Expectations, Operational Risks, and Audit Requirements in the Banking Sector

Qualifications

The qualifications for this position are:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, process redesign, process optimization, or a related field
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) is preferred
  • Black Belt, PGCS/ADKAR, or Agile certification is a plus
