Process Excellence Specialist

Job description

Julius Baer is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist to support the company’s digital transformation and enhance the client experience.

Tasks

The Process Excellence Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintain the APAC-TOM and Process Excellence Roadmap and assist with prioritizing initiatives
• Conducting diagnostics, value stream analyses, root cause analyses, and designing the target operating model
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, risk reduction, and client experience improvement using Lean Six Sigma and/or data-driven analytics
• Defining baselines, KPIs, and other performance metrics; aligning with management and stakeholder expectations; tracking and reporting on benefits
• Development of implementation plans, updated controls, and sustainable, audited process documentation
• Achieving project milestones within the planned timeframe

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in various industries
• Technical skills: Process excellence and TOM expertise, Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, data-driven problem solving
• Leadership skills: Ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strategic thinking: the ability to develop roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and balance business needs with constraints
• Excellence in Execution: Achieving Results Under Pressure Through Thorough Planning, Prioritization, and Follow-Up
