Process Excellence Specialist

Job description

The Process Excellence Specialist in APAC is a hands-on role responsible for implementing Target Operating Model (TOM) modifications and process excellence projects and initiatives at JB Singapore and Hong Kong to improve the client experience, operational efficiency, risk control, and scalability.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Maintain the APAC-TOM and Process Excellence Roadmap and support the prioritization of initiatives aligned with global standards and regional expectations
• Conducting end-to-end diagnostics, value stream mapping, as-is assessments, and to-be operational model design
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, risk reduction, and client experience improvement using Lean Six Sigma and/or data-driven analysis
• Defining baselines, KPIs, and other performance metrics aligned with management and stakeholder expectations; tracking and reporting on benefits
• Development of implementation plans, updated controls, and sustainable and auditable process documentation
• Timely delivery of project milestones

Change Management & Adoption

The role also includes:

• Implementation of structured change management (readiness, communication, training) for process redesign initiatives
• Driving the adoption of redesigned processes and monitoring post-go-live results

Requirements

The requirements for candidates are:

• Technical Skills: Expertise in process excellence and TOM, Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, data-driven problem-solving, change management, and risk and compliance awareness
• Leadership skills: Ability to influence stakeholders, strategic thinking, excellent execution, communication and facilitation, collaboration and partnership, adaptability, and initiative
• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field
