Process Excellence Specialist

Job description

The Process Excellence Specialist position is a hands-on role that involves implementing Target Operating Model (TOM) modifications and process excellence projects and initiatives in APAC to improve the client experience, operational efficiency, risk control, and scalability.

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Maintain the APAC-TOM and Process Excellence Roadmap and assist with prioritizing initiatives
  • Conducting end-to-end diagnostics, value stream mapping, as-is assessments, and to-be operational model design
  • Identification of opportunities for efficiency, automation, risk reduction, and client experience
  • Definition of Baselines, KPIs, and Other Success Criteria
  • Development of implementation plans and updated controls
  • Timely delivery of project milestones

Change Management & Adoption

The position also involves implementing structured change management and monitoring post-go-live results.

Requirements

The requirements include:
  • Process Excellence and TOM Expertise
  • Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt (or equivalent)
  • Digital Enablement: Familiarity with process mining, workflow automation (RPA/BPM), and analytics tools
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: The ability to analyze performance trends and make fact-based decisions
  • Change Management: Experience with structured frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)
  • Risk and Compliance Awareness: Understanding Regulatory Expectations, Operational Risks, and Audit Requirements in Banking

Qualifications

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) (preferred)
  • Black Belt, PROSCI/ADKAR, or Agile certification (a plus)
  • Experience with Signavio, ARIS, Celonis, or workflow automation platforms (a plus)
