The Process Excellence Specialist is a hands-on role that implements Target Operating Model (TOM) modifications and process excellence projects and initiatives across APAC to improve the client experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and scalability.Tasks
The main tasks include:- Process Excellence and TOM Delivery: Maintaining the APAC TOM and Process Excellence roadmaps, assisting with the prioritization of initiatives, and conducting diagnostics, value stream mapping, and risk assessments.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, risk reduction, and client experience improvement using Lean Six Sigma and/or data-driven analytics.
- Development of implementation plans, updated controls, and sustainable, audit-ready process documentation.
- Change Management and Adoption: Implementation of structured change management (readiness, communication, training) for process redesign initiatives.
Requirements
The requirements include:- Technical expertise: Process excellence and TOM expertise, Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, data-driven problem-solving, and change management.
- Leadership skills: Ability to influence senior leaders, manage cross-functional teams, think strategically, deliver results under pressure, and communicate effectively.
- Qualifications and Experience: 3–5 years of experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, or quality management in a banking environment.
