Process Excellence Specialist

Tasks

• Assistance in defining core projects in collaboration with internal client departments and sales departments, as well as planning their requirements
• Implementing strategic customer objectives on the ground in the respective regions and business units with the highest quality to increase value creation for our customers
• Analysis of processes, identification of opportunities for optimization, and implementation of improvements
• Application of lean management methods, Six Sigma methodology, and similar approaches
• Interaction with various departments and executives
• Providing support and advice to clients and preparing financial plans
• Analyzing customers' wishes and needs and identifying suitable or similar financial solutions
• Assisting with client consultations and preparing consultation documentation
• Coordination with internal and external customers
• Implementation of appropriate risk management strategies and communication plans using data and information resources

Requirements

• Education and degrees required for this position
• At least 3 years of experience in process optimization
• Excellent knowledge of the application of lean management methods and Six Sigma methodology
• A thorough understanding of the bank's business processes
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• A solid academic background in finance, economics, or related fields
• Experience in advising clients and in using financial products and services
• Knowledge of the financial industry
