Process Excellence Specialist
The position of Process Excellence Specialist at Julia Bar in Singapore involves optimizing business processes, managing inventory and financial reports, and supporting digital transformation through change management.
Tasks
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Maintenance of an online database of all customer orders and satisfaction issues.
- Monitoring inventory levels and recommending restocking procedures to management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for review by management.
- Managing invoicing and communicating with suppliers.
- Monitoring customers' purchasing tendencies and conducting relevant market research.
- Maximize SAP, TPM, and process expertise and ensure profitable optimization in collaboration with other global digital and national specialists.
- Providing robust digital consulting services and support for change management partner programs.
- Implementation of digital tools, applications, and team-based release projects, as well as responsibility for all lines of business and the organization in the area of digital adoption.
- Improving TPM performance based on previously identified core gaps.
- Developing the target strategy using a structured change management roadmap and ensuring its rollout.
- Developing digital success strategies and defining key success metrics tailored to the needs of management and stakeholders.
- Maintaining stakeholder relationships with the CIO-designate.
- Development of standardization plans, review of contracts and subcontracts, and quality assurance for audit results management.
- Ensuring a structured change management process (leadership, communication, training) for the digital adoption of process management.
- Updating target processes through regular reports, audits, and IT architecture.
- Maintenance, development, and ensuring continuous process improvements.
- Creation of stakeholder-driven project templates.
- Defining documentation for stakeholder processes and monitoring the results.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the customer service lifecycle and order processing procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
- Ability to prepare and maintain detailed financial reports.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in monitoring supplier performance and contract management.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies based on sales data.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
- Ability to serve multiple locations without a direct reporting line.
- Experience with JLM, Datadog, GitLab, Oracle DB, and Tableau BI.
- Pro-Skill: HTML/CSS/Java or C++ application development or solving a puzzle.
- Experience with SSO, Splunk, Okta, and ServiceNow in an integrated environment.
- Regional Language: In-depth analysis and detailed briefings, aligned with the global digital TPM.
- Relevant experience: ERP, Web, Mobile & Apps, SharePoint, .NET, Target, Compliance, CX, Security, OTAP (e.g., Omni).
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge and experience in using various digital methods for business data (data warehouse).
- Proficiency in English. Ability to articulate and maintain in-depth analyses and customer development management.
