UBS is looking for a Product Developer & Manager to develop and structure white label funds for traditional and alternative asset classes. The position involves coordinating fund establishment, administration and changes as well as working with stakeholders and clients.

Your role

We are looking for a Product Developer & Manager to support our growing white label fund business. If you have in-depth knowledge of traditional and alternative investment funds and their entire value chain, including legal, risk, investment and operational aspects, and if you have managed product development initiatives from A to Z, then you are right for us.

Tasks

  • Development and structuring of Swiss white label funds (traditional and alternative asset classes) based on client requirements and thorough product evaluations
  • Management and coordination of the establishment of new white label funds and fund life cycle events (repositioning, restructuring, merger, etc.) with all stakeholders and clients involved
  • Planning, initiation and coordination of all changes to fund contracts, prospectuses and other fund documents triggered by new fund projects, life cycle activities and regulatory initiatives for Switzerland

Your team

You will work in the Product Structuring team, which is responsible for managing white label solutions for traditional and alternative investments for banks, regulated asset managers and institutional investors.

Requirements

  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience in the financial sector with a focus on investment funds in Switzerland
  • In-depth knowledge of the value chain, investment management, fund administration
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
  • Collaborative personality with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English, French
