Product Developer & Manager

Your role

Do you have in-depth knowledge of traditional and alternative investment funds and the entire value chain of these funds, including legal, risk, investment, and operational aspects? Have you managed product development initiatives from start to finish? Would you like to help us manage our growing white-label fund business? We are looking for a Product Developer & Manager who:

• Developed and structured Swiss-domiciled, customized white-label funds (traditional and alternative asset classes) based on client requirements and comprehensive product feasibility assessments
• Coordinated and managed the establishment of new white-label funds as well as fund lifecycle events (repositioning, restructuring, mergers, etc.) from start to finish with all relevant stakeholders and clients
• plans, initiates, and coordinates all amendments to fund agreements, prospectuses, and other fund documents resulting from new fund projects, lifecycle activities, and regulatory initiatives for funds domiciled in Switzerland

Your expertise

• Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in the financial sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of the value chain in the context of portfolio management, fund management, fund administration, and regulatory requirements; solid investment expertise (e.g., CFA) is a plus

• A proactive self-starter with a cooperative personality
• an excellent communicator with high standards
• Native German speaker and fluent in English
